Performance People
Geoff has a business consultancy called Performance People Pty Ltd, through which he and his wife Peta-Anne, provide business consulting, facilitation and management training services. These services range from strategic planning to project management training.
Geoff has been in a range of management and business consulting roles for nearly 20 years. These have included working as a senior consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and with Lend Lease Employer Systems (a Lend Lease Group company) as National Manager, Learning Services.
Geoff has a Masters of Business Administration from CQUniversity and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Melbourne University. He is a casual lecturer and curriculum development with CQUniversity Australia.
Geoff is committed to a strong and vibrant society in the Rockhampton Region. Through Performance People, Geoff provides the Business Excellence Tool used in the RRD Business Excellence Awards. Geoff is also Deputy Chair of RRD's Infrastructure and Planning Committee.
