The future of the Capricorn Coast and Rockhampton looks extremely bright for property owners, investors, the building industry, businesses and families judging by recent statistics released by the State Government’s OESR (Office of Economic and Statistical Research).

The predictions for population growth show that the Capricorn Coast is ahead of Mackay and Townsville, and on par with Gladstone and Emerald in regards to percentage population growth. Whilst Rockhampton’s growth is not quite as strong, percentage wise it is ahead of the State’s capital, Brisbane.
